The ideal test system for solar inverters consists of a photovoltaic solar cell simulator (PVS), a mains supply system simulator (DM 90000/PAS) and a power recuperation unit (PRU) which reduces the energy consumption of the entire system by app. 70%.

The Spitzenberger & Spies simulation system for aircraft supply networks is a modular test system. Depending on the aircraft type and the relevant specification we simulate the 400Hz AC networks with 115V/230V as well as the DC networks with 28V and 270V.
In the according standards Airbus ABD0100.1.8/ABD0100.1.8.1, DO160, Boeing 787B3, AMD 24/C and in MIL Standards (MIL-704/MIL-1275/MIL-462) the test specifications for aircraft supply systems are well defined.
The test system consists at least of the following modules:
- PAS 4-quadrant amplifier in 3-phase version
- SyCore arbitrary waveform generator for the generation of test signals
- Software SPS_Avionic
We use a single-phase simulation system to simulate the supply network of railway vehicles to meet the necessary voltage and frequency values

The 4-Quadrant Amplifier LVA is a new technically extended porgrammable voltage source for the automotive supply simulation of 12V, 24V and new 48V supply systems, maximum voltage 70V.
It’s technical specifications are designed for compliant testing according to ISO (7637, 16750), OEM (LV124, LV148) and many manufacturers specifications.
